Die Casting

Investment Casting
Investment casting is one of the oldest known methods of forming metals. In this process, a mold is formed around a wax pattern, which is burned off as the molten metal is poured in.

Permanent Mold Casting
Permanent mold casting uses reusable graphite molds and is ideal for making high-precision parts. Because graphite molds can withstand indefinite use, accurate castings can be produced over and over again.

Sand Mold Casting
There are several types of sand casting, including green sand casting, dry sand casting, dry sand casting, and self-hardening sand casting. Each method has different advantages.

Stainless steel
Used in aerospace, defense, and other applications where corrosion-free parts are required. Has high tensile strength and excellent aesthetic value. Other applications include food storage, medical equipment, and plumbing components.
Carbon steel
Carbon steel produces wear-resistant precision parts. Low cost and easy to machine. Can be heat treated to increase its ductility. Used in mining, and industrial industries.
Aluminum
Lightweight and excellent corrosion resistance. Has high electrical and thermal conductivity. Recyclable. Common aluminum investment castings include automotive castings, radiators, valves, medical devices, and more.
Nickel alloys
Universally used materials. Has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand high temperatures. Ideal for demanding applications such as oil, gas, medical, aerospace, and defense industries.
Copper alloys
Have similar strength and a variety of mechanical properties to steel. High ductility and corrosion resistance. Common applications include gears, pumps, bearings, plumbing fixtures, and more.

3. Can you provide samples before mass production?
Of course, the sample fee is necessary. If possible, it will be returned during mass production.

4. What is the delivery date?
Generally, the sample lasts for 1-2 weeks and the batch production lasts for 3-4 weeks.

5. How do you control quality?
(1) Material Inspection - Check material surfaces and approximate dimensions.
(2) First inspection of production - ensure
critical dimensions in mass production. 
(3) Sampling inspection - check the quality before delivery to the warehouse. 
(4) Preshipment inspection - 100% inspection by QC assistant before shipment.
